Official Transcripts

Current ÃÈ·­µ¼º½ Students

If you are a current ÃÈ·­µ¼º½ student, login to your myRAM Portal and you will be re-directed to the Parchment order screen. 

Former Student/Alumni (Credit)

For students who have been away for more than two (2) years, use our online Parchment ordering service.

Any students who attended prior to 1983 will be considered Archive Orders. These orders will require additional processing time of up to 8 weeks.

*Note: You will be prompted to submit an authorization form when ordering through this link. Your order will not be processed without an authorization form.

You may view and print out a copy of your unofficial ÃÈ·­µ¼º½ transcript for free in your . 

  1. Login to  with your student ID and password.
  2. Click on Student Portal
  3. Click on myProfile
  4. Click on "Academic Transcript" and without adjusting the transcript type, select Submit to view your up-to-date unofficial transcript.
  5. To print a copy of your unofficial transcript, use your browser print option.

Notes About Your Unofficial Transcripts

  • If you have been away from ÃÈ·­µ¼º½ and/or cannot access your myRAM portal account, you will need to order an .
  • ÃÈ·­µ¼º½ transcripts do not contain midterm grades or courses in progress. 
  • Only Credit Division courses taken at ÃÈ·­µ¼º½ will appear on the transcript. Transcripts from high schools and other colleges will not be included.

Notes About Ordering Official Transcripts

  • HOLDS must be cleared with the proper office before a transcript can be issued.
  • IGETC is a separate process than official transcript orders. For anything IGETC related, please contact Counseling. 
  • Only Credit Division courses taken at ÃÈ·­µ¼º½ will appear on the transcript.  Transcripts from high schools and other colleges will not be included.
