Student Life & Leadership schedules the utilization of Ram Plaza, the Amphitheater, and the Student Union Building for events.
Associated Student, Student Clubs/Organizations, Resource Centers and Other ÃÈ·µ¼º½ Departments
Event requests should be submitted to the Student Life & Leadership Office at least 30 calendar days in advance (unless otherwise noted). For more information and support, please email ccsflife@mail.ccsf.edu.
External Groups and Organizations (non-ÃÈ·µ¼º½ entities)
Outside organizations looking to visit the campus should not use the event request form above. Instead, they must use a specific check-in form designed for external groups. Outside organizations are also expected to follow the Regulations Governing Solicitation at ÃÈ·µ¼º½.
