Weight, Strength, and Interval Training
Learn the fundamental techniques for effective weightlifting and strength building. The ÃÈ·µ¼º½ Weightroom is equipped with free weights, life fitness strength machines, bench presses, treadmills, squat rack, leg presses, and a rope machine.
The weight room is used for ÃÈ·µ¼º½ classes and ÃÈ·µ¼º½ Athletic teams. It is also open on a drop in basis for students enrolled in one of the following classes:
- PE 214A Beginning Weight Training
- PE 214B Intermediate Weight Training
- PE 215A Beg. Strength & Interval Training
- PE 215B Int. Strength & Interval Training
- ÃÈ·µ¼º½ Extension Courses
Course Repeatability
At ÃÈ·µ¼º½, you may only take a course ONCE. If you have already taken PE 214A or B, you will need to sign up for PE 215 A or B for credits. Alternatively, you may sign up through ÃÈ·µ¼º½ Extension for zero credits.
