Exploration of male gender construction and issues related to the complexity of men's health on the individual and community levels. Emphasis on evaluation of health resources, behavior change theories and processes, and role of risk factors and prevention.

This class requires in-person meetings and the use of Canvas. In-person meetings will take place on select Tuesdays: 9/3, 9/17, 10/1, 10/22, 11/5, 11/19, 12/3, 12/17 from 11:10-12:25pm at Ocean Campus. Students will also complete coursework in Canvas, which must be accessed using an internet enabled device. This class is part of and is 16 weeks.
