Whether your goal is to transition to a career or transfer to pursue a higher degree, your completion at City College of San Francisco is a crucial step in the journey. At City College, we have many resources to support you in completing your degree, certificate and/or successfully transfer to a four-year university.

The Completion Center assists students with the following:

Are you low-income and educationally disadvantaged (tested into ESL, basic math, or English; the first in your family to attend college; member of an underrepresented ethnic group)? Come by the EOPS/CARE Center to learn about the various services offered to students

You are an alumnus of ÃÈ·­µ¼º½ if you graduated, transferred, received a degree/certificate, or just attended a few classes. The Alumni Relations Program engages in a variety of activities to meet your needs.  Specifically, the Alumni Relations Program maintains an ongoing relationship with alumni by:

Informing alumni of important services the College offers to them (free access to the Career Development Center)

Requirements for Participation

Completion and Submission of Graduate Petition Form to Admissions & Records (A&R) by the Deadline (Applicants/graduates from the previous Summer, Fall and upcoming Spring and Summer terms are eligible to participate) If you have questions about your degree completion, please visit or call the Admissions & Records Office (MUB 188, (415) 239-3285).

Through our campus tour program, we aim to provide a comprehensive program that will meet the diverse interests and needs of many different prospective student groups. Campus tours are approximately 1 hour long and provide a general  overview of City College. Students will have the opportunity to visit many of our historical buildings along with our instructional departments and student services programs.

Types of campus tours:

City College of San Francisco welcomes International Students from throughout the world. Our Office of International Programs encompass the Academic and Institute for International Students (aka Intensive English Program). There are currently over 1200 students from 90 countries studying at our various campuses. Their presence complements a broad mosaic of multi-ethnic students from San Francisco.
