An introductory course that addresses the formal analysis of cinema. The course covers filmmaking techniques such as cinematography, editing, mise-en-scène, sound, lighting, acting, and narrative.

This class is part of CityOnline and has a shorter semester that begins on 1/27. This class requires use of Canvas with no required in-person meetings. Students will complete coursework in Canvas, which must be accessed using an internet enabled device. This class is part of and is 16 weeks.
